So let me get this straight….you want to come to Canada fraudulently on a visitor visa and then have someone “sponsor” you when you get here to allow you to work illegally and take a job from a Canadian? Not going to happen.

You cannot just arrive in Canada and work. You cannot work in Canada unless you are a Canadian citizen or Canadian permanent resident. In rare cases you can get a work permit where there are no Canadians who are willing or able to do a job but even then you cannot commit immigration fraud by coming here as a visitor when your real intent is to work. Secondly, nobody is going to “sponsor” you.
