10 Habits Of Only 1% People [Exclusive!]

Success is something that we all want. We’ve read about it, heard about it, fantasized about it, and even watched movies about it. But how many of us are actually able to achieve success?

Successful people have many things in common. They all know their strengths, they never rest on their laurels and they are always willing to learn more. Are you familiar with the term “best practices”?

It describes a situation when something is done in an ideal way. It means the best possible solution was found to a problem. And all can be done through a well-designed system.
What does that mean?

A system is responsible for the results, and you are responsible for the system!

A system is a structure that you make, which helps you get a certain approach towards problems!

Let me make it simple.

The system is your mindset. You design your mindset through habits. This process trains your subconscious mind and when you need to make a quick decision — your subconscious mind reacts as it has been trained!

Some people make the systems that help them to grow and some people make such systems that keep them holding back.

Hence, we all need to make a better system that can help us to succeed. Following are some habits that I studied, implemented, and got incredible results.

I want to share with you the 10 habits of only 1% of people (Successful people).

1. Scheduling

One of the most common things we hear from successful people is that they schedule their time.

They understand that it takes time and effort to achieve goals. Time management isn’t about squeezing every minute of the day; it’s about making the most of your minutes.

How important is time scheduling, really? It can be the difference between a life where you get everything done and one where you don’t.

2. Planning

Most of us think we’re capable of achieving success without planning, but that’s not true.

Successful people know planning is the key to greatness. They plan their days, weeks, years, and every other aspect of their lives. Planning is the most important step to success.

You can make decisions but you don’t know what will happen. It doesn’t mean things happen from high power or none of us has any control. The point is, your decisions are going to affect the life of each and every person who is connected to you. It’s not written, but it’s being written!

You need a plan, a backup plan, and a second backup plan. Backup is the only way, they don’t change the destination.

For example, If you want to go from New York to San Fransisco. Your first plan is to take a flight (just to save time). For some reason, the flight got canceled. You should’ve got an option for a train. Or you can take a bus! what worse could happen. Just start walking on a road and take lifts from trucks… I know it’s not a good example but you get the point, right?

The first step to planning your life is to create a vision statement. A vision statement is a detailed description of what you want to achieve in your life, including your professional and personal goals.

3. Waking Up Early

Many successful people wake up early to exercise, meditate or do something that they love.

The most successful CEOs and entrepreneurs like Richard Branson, Elon Musk, Mark Cuban, Oprah Winfrey, and many others wake up early.

Waking up early, at least an hour before other people in your household, is the secret weapon of successful people.

It allows you to schedule your day to be more productive and accomplish a lot more with your time. It’s one of the best ways to get ahead.

It’s no secret that early birds get the worm.

4. Meditating

Meditation is a practice that allows you to concentrate on different types of thoughts. It’s about quieting your mind and focusing on the present.

When you meditate, you train your attention on one thing for a set amount of time.

It doesn’t have to be an hour-long session with incense burning and candles lit. It can be as simple as sitting quietly for 10 minutes.

Meditation can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and it improves focus, concentration, memory, and creativity.

5. Exercise Daily

Exercise is an important part of being healthy and successful.

There are countless studies that show the benefits of exercise and there are numerous benefits to a healthy lifestyle.

The first step is finding out what works for you. You don’t want to spend hours in the gym every day if you really don’t enjoy it, but you also don’t want to skip it every day because you think it’s a waste of time.

You’re going to have to experiment with different activities and find something that makes you happy.

If you do this once, you’ll be able to make exercise a daily habit.

6. Staying Disconnected From Phone

It doesn’t mean that you just throw away your phone. Because at present time. we work on our phones. We cannot switch off or turn off the data.

The best way I found is to turn off the notification of all social media apps and not to put them on the home screen.

A phone is just a tool, it’s not good or bad. Our use of phones can be quantified.

Now it’s a challenge for all of us, how much we are capable, serious, and mentally strong to achieve our goals!

7. Reading

Successful people are readers. They read to learn new things, to gain a new perspective, and to be inspired and motivated.

But why do they read?

The one thing I believe is that successful people read a lot because most of us our information is in text form. They also listen to audiobooks and watch documentaries.

But reading has an advantage over listening and watching. It improves your memory, imagination, and creativity. It lets you imagine without any boundaries.

8. Listen To New Ideas

Successful people are hungry for new ideas. They always want to be learning. That’s how they stay ahead of the pack and how they find new opportunities.

When you get your mind into learning mode, you open yourself up to new ideas and possibilities, and that’s when you can find the next big thing.

  1. Saving To Invest

I’ve read a lot of personal finance books, and one thing I’ve noticed is that almost all of them encourage people to invest early and often.

The reason they say that is because the earlier you start investing, the sooner you’ll reach the point when your investments will make more money than you spend each month.

At this point, you can spend that extra income on whatever you like because it’s essentially free money.

10. Work With Inner Motivation

Inner motivation is the most important thing that makes a person successful. This is something that people usually don’t know about, but it’s true.

There are people who are highly motivated by external factors like money, fame, or awards. But deep inside them, they have no motivation to work on their goals and dreams.

On the other hand, there are people who are motivated to work for their own benefit and success. They do not need any motivation from outside sources to make them work.

These people can get up in the morning and write down their goals.
