Engage With Someone New — Talk to a stranger, learn about them, and try to make a friend. This is better done offline than online, but either works to expand your social skills and comfort zone.
Mix Things Up — On most days this may be something small like taking a new route to work or listening to different kinds of music. Keep things varied, but, whenever you have the time, try something completely new. The more outrageous the better.

Consume New Content — The world moves fast and if you do not take time to catch up you will be left behind. Try to keep up with current events in your area of expertise, whether or not you agree with them or like them. Sometimes this will be new and uncomfortable.
Let Go Of Something — Do what you can to finish something you’ve been carrying with you. This may mean contacting someone you haven’t talked to for years to apologize or just forgiving yourself for a mistake you made. Lighten your load a little each day.
Leave Your Comfort Zone — Once a day you should strain your comfort as much as you can. This can be a social comfort, a comfort in terms of effort, one of giving more than you feel comfortable with or something else. Stress your comfort zone muscles so they can grow.
Test Different Work Ideas — There is always going to be a better way to do things. It may be more effective, may be more productive or just easier for you to do. Test these things so you learn more about yourself.
Plan A Better Day — The more you plan the more you get to know what works for you and what doesn’t. Adjust this day by day and you will find a lot more ideal days that are productive, exciting and fulfilling. Learn from every previous day and apply it to every following day.

Write Your Goal Down Anew — Every time you re-write your goal you will gain more insight into what your true goals are. If you do this in a different way every day a pattern will emerge that shows you what you truly value and can be used as a big motivator and drive for everything thereafter.
Go On A Habit Hiatus — Take one thing you have done every day and do not do it today. Don’t eat sugar for a day, see what happens if you skip your regular caffeine, don’t play any video games or spend no time on Twitter. Take a break from it and then see if this break was actually as detrimental as you thought it would be.
Maximize Specific Efforts — Pick one thing to give 110% in today. Invest your full self and then some into that one thing and really try to crush it. This can be your work, relationship, or physical fitness. Go above and beyond your limit to practice how that feels so you can repeatedly break through your potential to newer and brighter heights each day.
