Don’t overcomplicate your life.

We have some very specific drivers of our life.

You’re the primary one, by the way. But these other 3 are all the things you need to master.

Things that if you learn how to leverage them you can 10x your life inside of a year or two.

This is easier said than done, of course.

Because here’s the thing…we don’t have a knowledge problem. Google solved that.

You know what to do.

You either have a “how” problem, as in you don’t know how specifically to do it. You need to learn the steps or the process.

Or you have an execution problem, as in you are too lazy to actually carry out your plan.

Both are fixable. The “how” is out there. It may sometimes require you to pay someone to learn specifically how to do something. But it is available.

The execution part is simply the discipline to be consistent. Which is also available. Discipline is a muscle. Start using it and it’ll grow.

So here are the 3 things you need to be very intentional and selective with how you spend them.

Money

I don’t care what people want to say about money not buying happiness.

It’s nonsense.

Money buys stability, experiences and freedom. Three things that set the foundation for pure bliss.

Our world runs on money. So master it.

Don’t spend it without considering what it’s doing for you.

Money is a tool. Tools should be put to work.

Energy

You give up energy by chasing cheap dopamine hits (who cares how many likes you got on Facebook?).

You give up energy by not sleeping enough. Some nights you get 7 hours, other nights you get 5 hours. You stay up late on the weekends. You’re sleep schedule is all f*cked up. This is a serious problem.

You give up energy by not self-caring. You’re not meditating. You’re not removing stressors from your life. You’re not disconnecting from work at the end of the day. You’re binge drinking on Friday nights.

Instead focus on quality sleep, sunlight, movement, whole foods, meditation, healthy socialization.

Time

This is your most priceless asset. You can’t create more of it.

You can find new energy by getting more sleep. You can make more money by building a side hustle.

But time is gone once it’s passed. You can’t get it back, you can’t make more of it, you can’t catch up on it.

So why would you just wing your days instead of planning them? It makes no sense.

Start by building a morning routine so you control the start of your day. Eventually move down the line and build out general routines for your whole day.

If you don’t own your time, you don’t own your life.
