🌻10 Challenges That Will Make You Happier, Mentally Stronger, And More Successful in 30 Days

Hand-curated advice from over three years of writing.

Most people hold themselves back in life through one single thing.

They don’t take enough action.

Overthinking is much more common than overacting. It’s easy to get lost in another book, another plan, another video, another “I should do this.” I know because I’ve been there — thousands of hours lost with mental masturbation.

Sometimes, all you need is a hearty kick in the butt, a tangible plan, and a time to get started.

That’s why I’ve created challenges for myself and the subscribers of my newsletter. Pick one, do it for a month, and you’ll improve your life more than you could’ve with a year of theory.

This Will Help You Stop Wasting Your Energy

Every day, we waste tons of precious resources.

I’m not talking about the brick brains who leave their fridge open because they think it will cool their kitchen. No. I’m talking about complaints.

Ranting to your colleagues, bitching about others with your friends, and wishing for life to be easier accomplish nothing. It’s a toxic thought pattern that wastes your time and energy. Put a stop to it.

For a month, I’ve written a little reminder on my hand: NC — no complaints. Whenever I caught myself, I redirected my thoughts to either being grateful for what I have or finding ways to achieve what I haven’t. Do the same and watch your mood skyrocket.

No complaints.

How To Start Your Day The Right Way

Most people slap themselves in the face with a frying pan every morning.

Well, technically they don’t. But they check their phone, which is equal to cast-iron cooking gear hitting your brain at supersonic speed. Why?

Because it puts you into reactive mode — news, messages, and emails take over your mood, focus, and to-dos.

Reclaim your mornings. Keep the WiFi off and the phone out of reach. Stay active.

Use your most precious time for what matters to you.

Practice the One Thing Will Truly Change Your Life For The Better

Reality doesn’t exist — only your perspective.

No matter how bad the situation, you can find something to be grateful for. When you focus on that, you change how you feel about your life.

Every morning and evening, find three things you appreciate. They don’t have to be something new every day. It’s about gratitude, not creativity.

If you want to change your life, be grateful.

How To Finally Make Your Dreams Come True

We all have big dreams — and the same problem.

Big achievements require big efforts. A beach body, successful business, or unshakable confidence can seem overwhelming because the goal is so far away. But it’s really not that hard.

Put your blinders on and commit to work on it with one small thing every day.

At the end of the month, you’ll be much closer to your dream.

This Daily Practice Will Skyrocket Your Confidence

Most people are stuck in a continuous game of catching up.

It’s always better, faster, stronger — promotions, vacations, possessions. I was caught in the cycle as well, chasing bigger and bigger months in my business. This only burns you out in the long run and makes you feel like no matter what you do, it’s still not enough.

This poisons your confidence.

Instead, celebrate something you’ve achieved every day. Look at how far you’ve come. Give yourself a big, fat pat on the shoulder.

You’ve earned it.

Ask Yourself These Questions To Massively Improve Your Productivity Overnight

Most people I see are busy, but not productive.

They work hard, bust their asses, and do the extra hours. Yet, they don’t move forward as much as they should. The reason is simple.

Lack of focus.

How much you get done doesn’t matter if you prioritize the wrong things.

That’s why every day, I ask myself two questions:

  • “What’s the one thing I can do today that will make everything else easier or unnecessary?”
  • “What are my three highest value tasks — the ones that will help me achieve what matters most?”

Focus on these activities and put the rest on the back burner.

You’ll easily double your progress.

This Simple Word Will Boost Your Social Skills And Confidence

Social media has made in-person communication a lot harder.

Not just because of high screen times, but because most people forgot how to have a conversation in person. Their social confidence plummets together with their skills. You can reverse the trend with a tiny daily action.

Approach one stranger per day.

Say hi. Ask for the time. Talk about your surroundings. If it gets awkward, wish them a good day and leave.

Social skills and confidence come through practice — so go for it.

Use This Principle To Become Happier By The Day

The Pareto Principle is fascinating and scary at the same time.

20% of your efforts cause 80% of your results. A small part of your actions causes the majority of your happiness or unhappiness. If you can find them, you hold the dial to the quality of your life in your hands.

Write down the best and worst thing about your day, every day. Double down on the former and skip the latter. Watch your life get better by the day.

How To Supercharge Your Growth

Fear is a funny thing.

It only exists in your mind, but it holds you back from getting real results.

The more afraid you are of something and the further it is out of your comfort zone, the more growth you’ll experience through it.

If you want to accelerate your growth like my grandma her shoe when I messed up as a kid, do something that scares you every day.

Adjust Your Self-Talk To Find Solutions To 99% Of Your Problems

Language is powerful — your self-talk determines your self-image.

Unfortunately, we all say one of the most limiting phrases frequently: “I can’t.”

“I can’t lose weight. I can’t quit my job. I can’t find a decent partner.”

Flip the script.

Ask “how can I?

One focuses you on the problem, the other on the solution.

Remove This From Your Life To Massively Improve Your Mental Health

Every evening, the majority of the human population undergoes voluntary brainwashing.

They watch a news anchor say “Good evening!” _only to listen to a 20-minute explanation of why it is _not a good evening.

Most news is negative because fear sells like hotcakes. Our evolutionary bias makes us drool over doom porn. But all this “the world is ending tomorrow” content does to your mental health what a fly swat does to a bug.

I haven’t watched any news in seven years. Ditch it for a month. You won’t miss anything important.

You’ll just feel much better about life.

Find The Simple Actions That Will Give You Purpose And Meanin

Living a meaningful life isn’t complicated.

All you need to do is make a difference in someone else’s. It’s what keeps me writing every day — I know that somewhere out there, someone will live a better life because of me. You can do the same.

Ask yourself, _”who needs me today?” _It might be a friend, a coworker, a family member, or a stranger who’s too old and fragile to carry shopping bags on their own.

Go and help that person.

Make a difference, both in your life and in theirs.
