The RAD system is a great way to be productive when you’re feeling lazy.

RAD stands for “Rapid Actionable Development.” This system was created by Jürgen Wolff, a productivity expert.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Set a timer for one hour.
  2. Work on a task for that hour.
  3. Take a five-minute break.
  4. Repeat steps two, three and four more times.

This system is great because it doesn’t require a lot of motivation. You only have to work on a task for one hour. And, you get a five-minute break in between. So, you’re not overwhelmed or bogged down by a task.

Plus, this system is flexible. If you only have 30 minutes, you can work for 30 minutes and take a three-minute break. Or, if you have two hours, you can work for two hours and take a ten-minute break.

The RAD system is a great way to be productive when you’re feeling lazy. It’s flexible and it doesn’t require a lot of motivation. So, if you’re feeling lazy, give the RAD system a try.
